Terms and Conditions
- All appointments with Claire Goodwin (proprietor) will incur an additional 10% charge to those prices shown on the treatment menu.
- All prices given are from the stated value and may be altered at the discretion of the salon.
- Cancellations of treatments less than 24 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge, failing to turn up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the treatment. It is unfortunate that this charge is necessary but it will help us to keep our cost down in the future.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee to provide you with your treatment.
- Payment is required on receipt of invoice, a deposit may be requested when booking treatments totalling a value more than £50.00.
- We do not accept cheques. We accept all major credit and debit cards, minimum charge applies.
- Children should be accompanied by an adult when visiting the salon.
- We ask for all mobile phones to be switched off or put on silent before entering the salon.
- Home Visits will be charged at 40p per mile, minimum of £5.00 charge.
