Cancellations of treatments less than 24 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge, for failing to turn up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the treatment.
It is unfortunate that this charge is necessary but it will help us to keep our cost down in the future. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee to provide you with your treatment.
Some treatments may require a deposit to secure your appointment. If a deposit is required, we will inform you of this when you book; the deposit will be required 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Payment is required on receipt of invoice. Cheques will only be accepted if accompanied by a banker's card. We accept all manor credit and debit cards, minimum charge applies.
Children should be accompanied by an adult when visiting the salon.
We ask for all mobile phones to be switch off or put on silent before entering the salon.
We also apply a no smoking policy within the salon.
