Before your tan - Exfoliate the day before, this will remove dead skin cells helping to prolong and increase the lenght of your tan.  Shave at lease 8 hours before having the tan.  Avoid wearing make up and any moisturizer on your body and face, as this creates a barrier and stops the tan developing properly.

Having your tan - you will be asked to remove your upper layer of clothing down to your underware, you can leave your underware on if you wish however if you want your bust done you will be to remove your bra.  Disposal knickers are prvoided for those who want them.

While your tan is developing - it is important you give your tan the chance to develope correctly. Avoid becoming hot or sweaty, wear loose clothing. Wait at lease 8-12 hours before washing off.

Looking after your tan - Apply moisturizer morning and night after your post-tan shower.  Avoid long hot showers and baths, pat dry skin after bathing or showering.  Chlorine in swimming pools and hot tubs can remove or shorten the longevity of your tan.  Take care when exeercising as friction and excess sweat may cause your tan to fade prematurely or unevenly.
