All appointments with Claire Goodwin (properitor) will acur an additional 10% charge to those prices shown on the treatment menu.

All prices given are from the stated value and maybe altered at the discrestion of the salon.

Cancellations of treatments less than 24 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge, failing to turn up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the treatment. It is unfortunate that this charge is necessary but it will help us to keep our cost down in the future.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee to provide you with your treatment.

Payment is required on receipt of invoice, a deposit maybe requested when booking treatments totaling a value more than £50.00.

We do not accept cheques. We accept all manor credit and debit cards, minimum charge applies.

Children should be accompanied by an adult when visiting the salon.

We ask for all mobile phones to be switch off or put on silent before entering the salon.
